Marketing and Sales Admin role - Crestmead, QLD (Posted 4th March 2025)

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, sales, customer service and marketing wiz to assist us with phone and online sales, respond to customer enquiries and complete a range of marketing and admin-related tasks.

This role will suit someone who is a born problem solver, sales and marketing-oriented and knows how to use different e-commerce/marketing software and apps, has a keen eye for detail and can work autonomously and as part of a team.

The ability to provide exceptional customer service and go above and beyond for our customers is essential.

This is a permanent full-time position with an immediate start available and is suitable for candidates looking for a long term employment.

What we are looking for:

  • An assertive and goal-oriented sales and marketing person who can produce an experience for the customer rather than creating a transaction.
  • A Team Player, a problem solver and be able to work under pressure with accuracy
  • Applicant needs to be efficient and a self-starter with a natural ability to learn about our customers and our products and come up with applicable marketing techniques and campaigns online and off-line
  • Tech savvy and experienced in using a wide range of apps and software
  • Experience using e-commerce and marketing software Neto, Canva, Shopify, Ebay, Mailchimp and MS Office programs and the ability to complete various eCommerce-related tasks
  • Ability to complete general administration duties and support various team members
  • An energetic multi-tasker that can maintain high levels of concentration, diligence, and attention to detail throughout the day.
  • An ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service

Location: This role is based at our Head Office in Crestmead, QLD
